Delivery by our in-house logistic department within 3-5 working days.
We peform Quality checks for all items before they are being send out.
We provide professional services in ensuring all items are packed and delivered promptly to your preferred location.
Upon scheduling a delivery date, our logistic department will get in touch with you to confirm delivery timeslot 1 working day prior to the scheduled delivery.
Please take note that we would require an acknowledgement to the message within the same day , otherwise the delivery would be cancelled with no notice.
A rescheduled delivery will be subjected to availability (may take up to 5 working days for an available slot).
In circumstances where by no one is present to receive delivery, an admin fee of $30.00 would incur for rescheduling of delivery.
Please ensure delivery location is lift accessible / items will fit through stairways & doors.
In the event whereby no prior notice is given, Solos reserve the rights to reschedule the delivery.
Delivery Charges
Free delivery for minimum of $400 spend (One trip) Delivery fee of $30 per trip applies for orders below $400.
Self collection
Please check and ensure that all items are in good condition at point of collection.
Solos will not be liable for damages during transit/ self assembly.
Self collection items are strictly non-exchangeable/ refundable.
Self collection items to be send back to our Warehouse for servicing. A Delivery fee of $30 to be charged per trip for on site servicing.
Disposal of existing items
Please contact our sales team in advance. In the event whereby no prior notice is given, Solos reserve the rights to not assist in the disposal.
