How do I create an account and place an order online?
To begin, click “Add to cart” on any product detail page with selected quantity. Once you have added an item to your order you may either click “Continue Shopping” or “Proceed to Checkout”. When you click “Proceed to Checkout” you will be asked to “Register” or “Checkout as Guest”. The “Register” page is also where new customers can create an account. You may also checkout as a Guest, without first creating an account.
How can I get my password, or create a new password?
If you have created an account and have forgotten your password, go to ‘Login’/Register on the top of the page, enter your email address that you gave when creating the Account and then click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and you will be emailed a link to set up a new password.
What is a Solos Shop Account?
There are several benefits for having a unique account. Your account not only identifies you as a valued customer, but also enables you to check-out faster, access your order history, easily track your orders and view your detailed invoice after your purchase has shipped and receive our newsletter with latest products and promotion deals.
Is your website secure?
This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure Internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology. All of your personal information including your credit card information and sign-in password are stored in encrypted format at all times. This website, and more importantly all user information, is further protected by a multi-layer firewall based security system.
Do you charge taxes?
Every price on the website you see is GST included; you don’t need to worry about any extra tax charges.
Showrooms and Retail Store
Our showrooms are a great place for design ideas, new products, and conversation with our knowledgeable staff. Many of our products are on display and our representatives can place orders and answer any of your questions. We also offers special services for contractors, designers and businesses.
What if I need to change or cancel an order?
Any changes or cancellations must be requested by speaking directly with a Customer Service representative at 6842 1667, Facebook or Whatsapp. No changes or cancellations may be requested by email. Substantial cancellation/re-stocking charges are applicable. Certain of these products are sold on a non-cancelable basis.
What are my delivery options and how much do they cost?
Shipping and handling charges are based on the value of your order. It’s delivery free for invoice amount over $600; $50 per trip if the invoice amount is less than $600. No split shipments in the same invoice.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Solos (S) Pte Ltd takes pride in our ability to offer our customers a wide range of product. Products will be delivered to you 3 to 7 days after you receive your order confirmation email.
How will my order be delivered?
We have our own shipping department with well trained staff. Your order would be fully wrapped, delivered and installed at the assigned place.
Do you ship orders to internationally?
No, we do not ship to places outside of Singapore.
How can I be removed from newsletter list?
If you would prefer not to receive our email newsletter, simply click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. Your name will automatically be removed from the list.
